2023 was, without a doubt, an instrumental year for MSV.GG. Starting the year off as egld.gg, the team decided to expand the guild's strategy to a multichain approach and rebrand to MSV.GG. Geared to become the retail arm of Morningstar Ventures, MSV.GGs invite-only club focuses on supporting and investing in projects across various industries and chains with initiatives including bug hunting, product testing, user acquisition, and more. Since the re-launch in September, the core MSV.GG team and its members have accomplished a variety of impactful achievements:
- After onboarding four new people, we are now a team of 10+, mainly focused on content creation and social media management.
- We revamped our website and introduced our proprietary MSV.GG content and action hub - https://explore.msv.gg/.
- We completed a successful third round of recruitment and are proud to have 157 web3 specialists as our members. Of those members, we promoted four of our most active members to full-time MSV.GG contributors.
- We distributed more than 120 gaming scholarships.
- Our members were able to participate in a dozen allocation rounds, resulting in solid profits on their investment.
2023 Partnership Initiatives

Looking ahead to 2024
Given our momentum and new partnerships, we will keep improving and expanding our initiatives and membership offerings. In the coming year, we are excited to conduct more recruitment rounds, finalize partnerships, offer more allocations, and host more challenges.
